A Wonderful Day
Today was a wonderful day to remember Ben's life. The service today was perfect in every way. The music, the sermon, the poem that was read and the memoriam given by my sister was all just so perfect. There were so many people who showed up to show their love for Ben and his family. It was just a wonderful day. Yesterday we had the visitation which was four complete hours of people coming by to offer their condolences. Literally the line was out the door for over four hours straight. Today there were at least 150 people who showed up to the service and most likely more than 300 people who showed up to the visitation. It was amazingly overwhelming to see the outpouring of support and love. Thank you all so much for everything you have given to use through your thoughts and prayers. For those of you who live out west and were unable to make it out here for the services I just want to let you know that we will be planning a service out west. As soon as I know more details I will post them up here. Also I wanted to let you all know that I will be continueing to update this blog. Maybe not everyday but as often as I can. Ben's hope was that Raider and I would continue to live our lives to the fullest each day. This is what we will do and this is where you will all be able to follow our lives. Thanks so much again for everything you have given all of us.

Kirstin,
I heard the service was beautiful and so tastefully done. How we wish we could have been there for all of you. It's so hard to live away from family members during times like this. Your blogs have helped us keep in touch with Benjamin and his life with you and Raider. I will continue to read your blogs when posted. Please have Marla send me her email address so we can keep in touch more than we have in the past. Life is so short, and family means so much. It's times like now when one realizes how precious each moment is and to live life to its fullest each day. Hopefully, one day we will be able to meet Benjamin's wife and son. He was so lucky to have met you. Please give our love to the entire family and keep us posted on how you and Raider are doing. All our love, Roger and Marcia
I'm so glad everything went well and was so nice today. It doesn't suprise me one bit that so many people showed;Ben had a way of touching and enhancing so many lives. I look forward to having a service on this side of the country; I'm so sorry we couln't be there today. Can't wait to see you and Raider.
I am so grateful to God that you are in the hands and care of so many loving people. And what a witness to the number of lives one person can touch and impact.
Love and peace,
Jen Kuntz
